How Our Editorial Process Works

Our product recommendations in the Sleep Shop are selected by our sleep science team based on three criteria: (1) evidence of efficacy in peer-reviewed research, (2) alignment with the sleep science principles we teach on this site, and (3) genuine user reviews and ratings.

We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews or featured placement. Brands cannot pay to be included in our recommended products. Our editorial team operates independently of our affiliate revenue decisions.
